OIL AND FAT PRODUCT INNOVATION consists of the method and procedures involved in producing new oil and fat based product, starting from idea generation, screening of ideas, inovation of product, market testing, data collection and analysis, to promotion of a new oil and fat product. This course also consists of advantages of using oils and fats, regulations and marketing of oil and fat products.
